My goal is very similar.

I support those trying to help others. 

I offer the following suggestions for our local Habitat Chapters to assist their efforts in helping others, to 

help them build energy efficient homes, and to help them better understand the Energy Star Homes Program.

These  energy design issues are written for projects here in Ohio. They may not apply to other regions of the country

or to other climate zones. Promoting the Home Energy Rater as the local energy expert, my efforts are focused on 

Ohio and the Midwest, although I hope to see market transformation occur and the rating industry prosper nationally.
